FILE REQUIREMENTS
We accept almost any file for most projects.
Keep in mind: low quality graphics can add time and expense for a file to become print ready.
"Print Ready" Artwork includes PDFs that contain vector elements (line art) or raster elements (photos, etc.) at 300 dpi. If graphics go to the edge of the finished piece, the file dimensions should contain a bleed zone (0.125" on all sides). For example, a business card that is 3.5" x 2" with color going to the edge should be sized to 3.75" x 2.25."
If you're using Canva:
- Go to File > View Settings and select “Show print bleed.” Extend backgrounds to this bleed.
- When ready, download as a PDF Print file, and tick the box for “Crop marks and bleed.”
For resolution, bleeds, or dimension issues, we will ask you for a new file, or offer to correct the file for a fee.
